Duravit
Brand, Campaign & Communication Design
Across nearly nine years with Duravit USA, I helped translate a global luxury bathroom brand into clear, consistent marketing communications for the North American market. My work spanned national campaigns, product launches, editorial sales tools, digital content, presentations, showroom materials, and internal brand systems.
Translating a Global Brand for a Complex Regional Market
During a period of significant market volatility in mid-2022, Duravit faced the challenge of clearly communicating real-time product availability to architects, designers, and consumers. The Ready to Ship program was developed to bridge this gap, requiring a cohesive visual strategy that signaled reliability and immediate access to premium inventory. I led the creative execution for this initiative, designing a high-impact digital landing page and a comprehensive physical brochure that transformed complex inventory data into a streamlined, user-friendly procurement tool. I also developed the foundational design language and structural framework for the Ready to Ship program, creating a scalable system that continues to adapt to Duravit’s evolving business needs and seasonal inventory shifts.
The result was a synchronized omnichannel experience that provided much-needed transparency in the specification process. By aligning the design language with Duravit’s premium brand standards, the program successfully removed friction from the customer journey and optimized logistics. This strategic clarity led to a measurable increase in sales and strengthened partner trust, proving that well-executed design is a critical component of supply chain efficiency and revenue growth.

PL25 Product Series Launch
For Duravit’s 2025 product launches, I designed and launched a series of landing pages introducing new collections featured in the annual product catalog. Each page needed to translate supplied campaign imagery, product information and brand messaging into a focused digital experience for North American audiences.
Working within Duravit’s established website framework, I developed clear page hierarchies that balanced visual storytelling with practical product information. Although each collection had its own identity, the pages needed to feel cohesive as part of the larger Duravit digital ecosystem.

U.S. Website Localization
As Duravit transitioned to a redesigned global website platform, the U.S. experience required careful regional adaptation. Product availability, terminology, categories, services and customer pathways needed to reflect the North American business while remaining consistent with the global brand and website structure.
My contribution centered on content localization, regional accuracy and launch support. I reviewed the global experience through a U.S. market lens, adapted relevant content and helped identify areas where the international structure did not accurately reflect North American products or customer needs.

Creating Consistency Across a Complex Brand Ecosystem
Taken together, this body of work demonstrates how I translated Duravit’s global identity into practical, market-ready communications for North America. From flagship catalogs and national campaigns to product launches and digital content, each project balanced brand stewardship with the realities of dense product information, varied audiences, and evolving business priorities.
Several initiatives became more than isolated deliverables. The Ready to Ship catalog established a flexible editorial and navigation system that later extended into Duravit’s digital experience. Product-launch campaigns created cohesive frameworks across advertising, sales collateral, presentations, and online channels. Supporting materials gave sales teams and trade partners clearer tools for communicating the value of a highly technical product portfolio.
My time with Duravit strengthened my ability to work within complex organizations, align diverse stakeholders, and bring structure to ambiguity. The result was not simply a collection of finished pieces, but a connected system of brand communications designed to remain consistent, scalable, and useful over time.
